These sensory workshops give you the chance to experience a comprehensive range of wines including Prosecco, Riesling, Shiraz, Pol Roger Champagne, Cabernet and learn how to identify key characteristics and sensory qualities. Le Cordon Bleu Australia is delighted to present a complete range of short culinary discoveries for wine lovers, foodies and those with a passion for the art of cooking. These short courses and sensory workshops offer home cooks, aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts culinary-based experiences with hands-on opportunities to learn techniques and skills, whether you are recreating recipes at home or gaining new skills for personal enrichment.
Choose from one or two day intensive cooking workshops such as Classic French Morning Pastries, Artisan bread or Mastering Macarons; or 3 hour sensory workshops such as A Tour of French Cheese, or The Rise of Prosecco.
