Our Bachelor Team leader, George Jarjoura, is an expert in 5-star hospitality service. Our Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business students throughout their three-year degree will have many opportunities to put George's teachings into practice.
Our Brasserie Training Restaurant is a key milestone in both our diplôme and bachelor programmes, a real world restaurant environment where real customers engage with our students. It's crucial for our students to experience customer interactions and break out of their comfort zones, hospitality is built off of human interactions, and it is the forefront of our Brasserie Training Restaurant.
