Short Gourmet Courses are available in the areas of cuisine, pâtisserie, boulangerie, among other specialties that take place in our Institute, located at Rua da Passagem, number 197, Botafogo- Rio de Janeiro.

Gourmet & Short Courses are either practical or demonstration classes that allow participants to have the greatest possible interaction with a professional kitchen. Only 16 people per practical class under the supervision of one of our Chefs that teaches the techniques and recipes from A-Z. On the day of the workshop, you will receive an exclusive Le Cordon Bleu certificate with recognition in all the Institutes worldwide.
