Signatures Restaurant Named 3rd Best French Restaurant in Rio de Janeiro by the Rio Show Gastronomy Award 2024

It is with immense pride that Le Cordon Bleu Brazil celebrates the achievement of Signatures Restaurant, named the third-best French restaurant in Rio de Janeiro by the prestigious Rio Show Gastronomy Award 2024, presented by one of Brazil’s most prominent newspapers, O Globo. This recognition is a tribute to the dedication and hard work of our team, who strive to provide an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.

The Rio Show Gastronomy Award is one of the most prestigious accolades in the Rio de Janeiro culinary scene, highlighting the top restaurants and chefs of the year. In each edition, judges, including journalists, critics, experts, and food enthusiasts, evaluate the establishments that have stood out the most. We are honored to be alongside other esteemed names, such as Didier by Chef Didier Labbé, the category winner, and Chez Claude by Chef Claude Troisgros, who came in second place.

Opened at the end of 2019, Signatures, located at the Rio de Janeiro unit of Le Cordon Bleu, is the Institute’s first school-restaurant in Latin America and the second Signatures restaurant globally. More than just a restaurant, it is a space where our students learn practically, under the guidance of our chefs, including Yann Kamps, Phillippe Brye, and Executive Chef Mbark Guerfi. With a welcoming atmosphere and a commitment to excellence, Signatures has become a must-visit for connoisseurs of fine French cuisine in Rio. We are open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, offering special menus and a pleasant and comfortable outdoor space.

This achievement motivates us to continually reach new heights and to keep delivering the best of French gastronomy, maintaining Le Cordon Bleu’s legacy of excellence alive and vibrant in the heart of the Marvelous City.
