Le Cordon Bleu at SIRHA 2021

 


Paris, September 2021 – Le Cordon Bleu, the leading global network of culinary arts and hospitality management institutes, is delighted to announce its presence at the world’s leading restaurant and hospitality exhibition (SIRHA). This international exhibition, the 20th of its kind, will take place in Lyon, France, from 23 to 27 September 2021.

Le Cordon Bleu will welcome visitors at stand 6G 97 in Hall 6. The institute’s international team, Chef Instructors and representatives will be on hand to present the range of training programmes available: Culinary Arts, Management, Continuing Education, Culinary Workshops. Several activities will be organised during the exhibition, such as sugar sculptures by Chefs Laurent Bichon and Emanuele Martelli. There will also be plenty of opportunities to interact with our Chef Instructors and meet the institute’s students who will be happy to share their experiences with you.

Unmissable events during the exhibition:

  • Thursday 23 to Saturday 25 September: French Bakery Cup
  • Friday 24 and Saturday 25 September: Pastry World Cup – Chef Nicolas Houchet, from Le Cordon Bleu London institute, will represent the UK team
  • Sunday 26 and Monday 27 September: Bocuse d’Or, international cuisine competition, final
