SIRHA

Le Cordon Bleu Paris will take part in SIRHA from 23 to 27 January 2025 in Lyon. Recognised as the International Restaurant, Hospitality, and Food exhibition, this global event brings together professionals from all over the world.

During the trade fair, the institute will be running culinary demonstrations at stand 6G99, led by Pastry Chefs Jeanne Lecourt and Richard Lecoq, as well as Boulangerie Chef Grégoire Bardet, who coached France's winning team at the 2024 Bakery World Cup. Representatives from the institute will also be on hand to chat about the various training programmes available, ranging from Diplomas in Cuisine, Pastry and Bakery to the new Bachelor of Science in Culinary Design Management, due to be launched in September 2025.

 

Programme from Thursday to Monday:

  • 10.00am-10.30am:  pastry demonstration & boulangerie demonstration (Sunday and Monday)
  • 11.30am-12.00am: pastry demonstration
  • 2.00pm-2.30pm: pastry demonstration
  • 4.00pm-4.30pm: pastry demonstration



In addition to the activities taking place at our stand, the key events which will take place during SIRHA are:

  • Thursday 23 to Saturday 25 January: French Bakery Cup 
  • Friday 24 and Saturday 25 January: World Pastry Cup 
  • Monday 26 January: Final of the Bocuse d’Or international cuisine competition
