Graduation ceremony - Pastry and Bakery
The graduation ceremony for our pastry and bakery students took place on December 20. Congratulations to all graduates on their well-deserved success!
Le Cordon Bleu Paris will take part in SIRHA from 23 to 27 January 2025 in Lyon. Recognised as the International Restaurant, Hospitality, and Food exhibition, this global event brings together professionals from all over the world.
During the trade fair, the institute will be running culinary demonstrations at stand 6G99, led by Pastry Chefs Jeanne Lecourt and Richard Lecoq, as well as Boulangerie Chef Grégoire Bardet, who coached France's winning team at the 2024 Bakery World Cup. Representatives from the institute will also be on hand to chat about the various training programmes available, ranging from Diplomas in Cuisine, Pastry and Bakery to the new Bachelor of Science in Culinary Design Management, due to be launched in September 2025.
