Discover our end-of-year culinary workshops
Le Cordon Bleu Paris invites you to discover its end-of-year workshops, dedicated to two festive favourites: Foie gras and Yule log.
Le Cordon Bleu Paris is delighted to announce that it will be heading to Riyadh from October 1st to 3rd to take part in the inaugural edition of the SIRHA Arabia culinary trade fair. The event will bring together food and hospitality professionals from across the Middle East, providing a unique platform for Le Cordon Bleu to showcase its expertise and shine a light on its training programmes whilst also giving visitors the opportunity to engage with our Chefs.
SIRHA Arabia promises to be a veritable hub for interaction and exchange around culinary innovations, new gastronomic trends and emerging hospitality solutions, and taking part in this event further cements Le Cordon Bleu’s commitment to promote culinary excellence across the globe.
During the trade fair, the institute will be running culinary demonstrations at stand E132, led by Chef Eric Briffard, Director of Culinary Arts and One of the Best Craftsmen in France (MOF - Meilleur Ouvrier de France), and Pastry Chef Florian Guillemenot. Representatives from the institute will also be on hand to chat about the various training programmes available, ranging from Diplomas in Cookery, Pastry and Bakery to the new Bachelor in Culinary Design, due to be launched in September 2025. They will be accompanied by some of the institute’s alumni, who will give daily demonstrations to showcase their culinary skills.
The event is a golden opportunity for the institute to help the region’s culinary landscape flourish whilst forging ties with the individuals who are set to become the beating heart of the industry in the future.
