Sirha Europain 2024
Le Cordon Bleu Paris is delighted to announce that from 21 to 24 January 2024 it will be heading to the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre in Paris to take part in the Sirha Europain trade fair. The fair is the global benchmark event for the bakery and pastry sector, and the 2024 edition is set to shine a light on bread.
Le Le Cordon Bleu Paris will welcome visitors at stand N27 to present all its training programmes and activities. The institute has also put together a varied programme, with Boulangerie Chefs Instructors, Chef Hoël, Chef Boudot and Chef Bardet notably taking turns to host a range of cookery demonstrations:
- Sunday 21: Roast red kuri pumpkin quiche / Rice and chestnut flour bread and Rice and cheak pea flour bread
- Monday 22: Pizza variation / Gluten-free tartines
- Tuesday 23: Quiche variation / Vegetal bun, tofu & coloured seaweed steak, vegetable pickles
- Wednesday 24: Two-Chef demo: Tropical Brioche
Le Cordon Bleu Paris will also be in the spotlight when Chef Boudot runs a masterclass on passing on bread-baking knowledge and skills, assisted by a student (Bake & Snack stage, 3.50pm to 4.30pm).
In addition, the fair will host two major international contests: the Mondial des Arts Sucrés pastry competition and the Bakery World Cup, in which Boulangerie Chef Instructor Chef Bardet will be representing France.
Come and meet us and talk to our teams about our training programmes and your professional goals.
