11 & 18 March 2016 - Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Chef Fabrice Danniel, Assistant Culinary Arts Director, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Head of Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Department, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and Technical Director Asia, was honored for his dedication to the school. There were 2 special demonstrations for our students. The events were very popular with more than 100 students and alumni in attendance. Impressive new recipes such as ‘Belle Hélène’ and ‘Chocolate Orange Noisettes’ were demonstrated and new pastry techniques were also presented which was a great opportunity for our students to learn modern pastry skills.
