On 27 - 29 September 2016 - Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School was honored to have the internationally well-known guest chef, Chef Brice Konan Ferrand, Pastry Chef Trainer - Asia Pacific at L’École du Grand Chocolat Valrhona. Chef shared his expertise in preparing and baking pastry recipes for our students and alumni. This special event was very well-attended by students, alumni and invited guests. 

This was a wonderful learning experience for our students and everyone else
