Le Cordon Bleu Dusit organized the special demonstrations performed by our Chef Instructors, attracted guests attending and allowed them to experience in Le Cordon Bleu learning Methodology on 10 November 2017.
Chef Maxim Baïle, our French Cuisine Chef Instructor, performed a special cuisine recipe "Salmon Gravelax and Condiments" and Chef Frederic Legras, our Pastry Chef Instructor performed a special recipe "Cookies Au Chocolat".
This special event fascinated guests attending and allowed them to experience in Le Cordon Bleu learning Methodology. They were given a tasting of the creations and guided tour of the school’s facilities.
