Beat the Price Increase
Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
The team at CORD are passionate about using the finest and freshest seasonal produce sourced from around the British Isles, so you can expect an abundance of spring vegetables alongside succulent meat and fresh seafood.
The menus at CORD are designed by the expert chef team, headed by Executive Chef Christophe Marleix. Staying true to their roots at Le Cordon Bleu, the chefs at CORD possess an array of traditional and modern culinary techniques, multiple years of experience and a generous pinch of creative flair to deliver the most outstanding selection of internationally inspired dishes.
Dishes from the Spring menu are available a la carte or as a tasting menu. Choose from a four-course tasting menu with optional wine pairing, or the seven-course tasting menu with optional wine or tea pairings.
