Our open house on March 16th and 17th will showcase our current and new programs, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a culinary education to learn more about the school and our teaching facilities.
Meet Chef Thierry Lerallu, who will present a Vegan Raspberry Tartlets Recipe on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 11 am. Chef Frédéric Oger will showcase Chocolate Éclair on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at 11 am. In addition to sampling the delectable dishes, you'll have the chance to engage with the chefs regarding the curriculum and programs they deliver.
