Le Cordon Bleu Australia is excited to announce a December 2024 intake for our culinary arts programmes in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.

The student response address given by Nicholas inspired other graduates as he spoke about being driven to achieve your dreams saying...
never stop dreaming, no matter how big. Keep working towards making all your dreams come true. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do something and make sure you enjoy chasing those dreams
Nicholas went on to say: “I am very grateful to have this opportunity to share a few words. It’s been little over two and half years since I walked through the doors of Le Cordon Bleu Sydney. And it’s been a crazy and exciting journey.
My dear teaching faculty and all the staff at Le Cordon Bleu, I want to thank you all for helping us get to where we are today. You are the reason Le Cordon Bleu Sydney is what it is. Thank you for pushing us to be the best, supporting us when we needed it and guiding us when we were at doubt. The graduates here today are all indications of how much passion and dedication you all have. And though we've given you our share of trouble we appreciate everything you have done for us.
Lastly, don’t forget your roots. Keep moving forward in life but never forget the people and experiences that helped you along the way. Appreciate everything that has happened so far. It has taught you all you know. Congratulations once again and looking forward to working next to you in the industry”.
