Join us for an exclusive event celebrating the launch of our highly anticipated Plant-Based Culinary Programme at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit.
On Sunday 24 May 2015, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School joined with the DITP(Department of International Trade Promotion) at THAIFEX –World of Food Asia 2015 - at Impact Challenger Hall Muang Thong Thani. THAIFEX, supported by DITP (Department of International Trade Promotion) is the main event for the food industry and all related technologies and services across the whole of Asia.
This event provided LCBD good opportunities for promoting Thai Cuisine, cooking techniques through a series of cooking shows by Chef Rapeepat Boriboon, LCBD Thai Cuisine Chef Instructor, together with a knowledge about Thai foods and wines presented by Christophe Mercier, our LCBD Wine Instructor.
Congratulation to our Professional Thai Cuisine students; Mr. Kok Wei Lee, Mr. Sai San Hkye and Ms. Pojana Chandhanakij who won silver medals of ‘Class M - Mekong Culinary Challenge’, Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge. We are so proud of you for working hard to achieve the award!
