ABOUT LE CORDON BLEU AUSTRALIA

Le Cordon Bleu boasts four institutions across Australia – Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Each campus features fully-equipped training facilities where students are taught the art of cuisine and pâtisserie with a French flair. Guided by expert chef lecturers, students are armed with all the tools and knowledge required to succeed in the exciting and rapidly evolving hospitality industry. Post-graduation, culinary students are awarded two certificates – an Australian and La Fondation Le Cordon Bleu international qualification – meaning they can take their careers anywhere they desire, with the backing of our esteemed blue ribbon which is recognised across the globe.
