Le Cordon Bleu Open Days are a real-world, face-to-face opportunity for future students to be inspired to follow their dreams, explore study options and discover how Le Cordon Bleu can help them on their journey.
Open Days showcase the unique learning experiences and world-class facilities enjoyed by all our students. For example, our upcoming Open Day in Sydney will feature a delicious scallop culinary demonstration, followed by a molecular techniques class; a Marzipan sculpting patisserie workshop; a delicious High Tea at Adams Bar; and an amazing chocolate showpiece created by our Chef Patissier. On top of that, you’re invited to a cheese and wine pairing class to prepare your palette for the Oyster Bar.
