New things happening in 2025

As a new year sets in, Le Cordon Bleu Australia is excited to welcome new and continuing cohorts to its campuses in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane. In 2025, Le Cordon Bleu celebrates 130 years - here are a few new things happening to keep an eye out for! 

New short courses

Le Cordon Bleu Australia is thrilled to launch a suite of new short courses in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne, with Brisbane to follow shortly. From bread baking to cake making, there is something for every home cook or food enthusiast! For those who are time poor, there are one and four-day workshops, right through to two-week and longer six-week courses.

Master's program returns to Adelaide

Our Master of International Hospitality Management program is returning to Adelaide with one intake in August 2025. This program will be delivered exclusively by Le Cordon Bleu at its Regecy Park campus, with some units delivered online by our Melbourne institute.
