London Term 4 Graduation 2024
On Friday 13th December, Le Cordon Bleu London welcomed graduates to a ceremony held in the beautiful surroundings of the Ballroom at The Dorchester, Park ...
This means that rather than the standard nine months it takes to complete the diploma, where you would complete the Basic, Intermediate and Superior certificates one at a time at three months each, you undertake both Basic and Intermediate in the same term, followed by Superior. The time it takes to complete the full diploma is reduced by three months, so you graduate after just six months of study.
Naturally it is hard work to complete the diploma in a shorter space of time, but there are benefits to reducing the time you take to study.
Meet your goals faster – Once you’ve decided you’re going to study at Le Cordon Bleu to become a Chef, you might want to really hit the ground running. If you’re eager to get started in the industry, an Intensive course is the perfect way to shave some time off achieving your qualification and finding a job.
Fit around life more easily – If you’re planning to study at Le Cordon Bleu as part of a sabbatical from your career or want to fit it in to a holiday period, the Intensive option of six months rather than nine will make this much more feasible.
Starting a new career – If you are a career changer looking to enter hospitality after spending time in another industry, an Intensive diploma is a great option. When you decide to retrain in a new industry, the prospect of taking time out of work to study can be daunting, so shaving three months off that time means that you will get back to work, and earning money, faster.
Remember, with the Intensive Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie you will learn exactly the same skills as the Standard option, it is simply condensed into a shorter time period.
