Upcoming Wine Class & Workshop in May-June 2016

Wine Discovery Class, this 3-hous special class is designed for all those who wish to build a base of wine culture knowledge, sharpen their sense of smell & taste in terms of ‘Wine language'. This lecture class comes with many different types of wine tasting.

Introduction to Italian Wines, this 8-hour programme will demystify Italian wines through a series of wine tastings from 4 key regions of Italy. The wine journey will start from the southern part of Italy, then move to the Central and the North Western regions, and finally, complete the journey in the North East of Italy.

One of our popular workshops, Say Cheese, will introduce a variety of tasty French cheeses as well as a study of basic beverages and cheese matching concepts. The participants will learn how to appreciate the quality of cheeses and how best to pair them with beverages. You will also enjoy tasting 9 different cheeses perfectly matched with beverages such as: cider, beer, and a variety of wines.
