Master Sommelier, Matthieu Longuère and Marketing Manager as well as Le Cordon Bleu London Alumni, Elise Terlato will talk about the menu and the wines selected to be served. Learn how to match the properties of the food and wine, and what makes a harmonious match.

Participants will also learn more about the wine programs offered by Le Cordon Bleu including the one-week Summer Essentials Wine course in London.
