S-Pure & The Mall Group organized Cuisine Workshops for Gourmet Academy Red Apron Master Program

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit is delighted to welcome S-Pure to organize exclusive French cuisine and Thai cuisine workshops for Gourmet Academy Red Apron Master Program by The Mall Group at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School on 18 and 21 October 2022.

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Chef Instructors created special cuisine and Thai cuisine recipes using “S-Pure Chicken” to teach the participants from Gourmet Academy Red Apron Master Program, The Mall Group, the skills and techniques of how to prepare and cook “Chicken Blanquette with Rice Pilaf” which was created and instructed by Chef Jeffrey Verwrij, our Cuisine Chef Instructor on October 18th 2022 and “Chicken Yellow Curry with Jasmine Coconut Rice and Pineapple Relish” which was created and instructed by Chef Wichian Trirattanavatin, our Thai Cuisine Chef Instructor on October 21st 2022. 

All of the participants not only learnt the hands-on practical session but they also enjoyed plating their own dishes. The highlight of the event was the certificate awared and menu tasting at the end of the workshop.
