The ever-prestigious World Gourmet Summit Awards has nominated Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia as the “Culinary Institution of the Year” under its Industry Awards category. The WSG is the only accolade in South East Asia that recognises the efforts of key players in the F&B industry.
Le Cordon Bleu is regarded as the world’s premier culinary institution with presence in 20 countries worldwide, so it comes to no surprise that the contested category will be reviewed by an esteemed panel of F&B professionals and connoisseurs, unlike other categories that are open to public voting.
The closing of nominations will see shortlisted finalists revealed on 1st March 2016 and the final award presentation will be held in Singapore on 5th April 2016.
