Le Cordon Bleu Australia (LCBA) is registered as a training organisation by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), enabling us to offer vocational certificates and advanced diploma courses in Cuisine and Pâtisserie.

Additionally, LCBA is an accredited higher education institution under the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Authority (TEQSA), delivering globally-recognised bachelor and master's degrees in Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management and Business.

For international students, LCBA is recognised under the CRICOS provider code 02380M, allowing us to provide courses to those studying on an Australian student visa.

Our renowned programmes are crafted with industry input, combining theoretical knowledge with practical training. Most programmes include a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) component of up to six months, giving students hands-on experience in real-world industry settings.
