Le Cordon Bleu Dusit is Moving to a New Campus 2019

First opened in 2007, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School is one of the top culinary institutes in Thailand and ASEAN region. Over the past 11 years, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit has successfully graduated over 10,000 students, many of whom are now working in the service and food industries in Thailand.

Our commitment to constantly improve quality of training and curriculum and to expanding  learning opportunities in the culinary arts has lead us to relocate to a new campus which will allow the school to accommodate  growing numbers of students.

With a total investment of THB 300 million, and covering 3,000 square metres, the new school is located on the 17th to 19th floors of the Zen Tower, CentralWorld Complex, Ratchadamri Road, Bangkok.

The new Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School will be familiar, it will have the same look and feel of the old school, but the classroom layout, and kitchen labs will be the best-equipped and most modern facility in the region. Its city centre location will also provide easy access to local transportation (including two BTS stations – Siam and Chidlom), and ample parking for students. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, department stores, hotels, and other landmarks, the new site will also provide plenty of inspiration for students.

Key Features:

  • 3 Demonstration Classrooms which can be transformed to a large function room
  • 5 Practical Kitchens for French Cuisine, Patisserie, the Professional Thai Cuisine and the Art of Bakery
  • A special practical kitchen dedicated for group and individual workshops
  • A Restaurant Kitchen which provides students with opportunities to practise in the environment of a professional kitchen
  • A classroom dedicated for Wines & Spirits and Management courses
  • A special classroom designed for Barista and Latte Art courses
  • A Library with a wide selection of international culinary textbooks and magazines
  • 2 Rooftop Student Lounges with 360-degree magnificently panoramic view of Bangkok

The new school will officially open its doors for prospective students from January 21st, 2019 onwards. In order to book the campus tour online, please visit our website.
