Beat the Price Increase
Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
The accolade was awarded for Le Cordon Bleu’s Culinary Industry Management BBA and the newly launched MSc Culinary Innovation Management programmes, both delivered in partnership with Birkbeck, University of London.
The judging panel singled out the degree-level programmes as a great example of innovative collaboration between a university and an independent provider, delivering an exciting and accessible alternative to more traditional degree courses. Students can take advantage of the industry expertise provided by Le Cordon Bleu and the more flexible learning model that is offered by Birkbeck. Many students can maintain or seek employment during their studies that enables them to develop their skills and knowledge of the industry.
The recently launched master’s degree has been designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to shape the future of the culinary industry with an innovative, sustainable and entrepreneurial approach. The bachelor’s programme was launched in 2017 and provides a firm foundation in culinary techniques and management studies that are not only applicable to food businesses but also across other service industries.
Independent HE is the UK membership organisation and national representative body for independent providers of higher education, professional training and pathways. They work to promote, support and enhance the independent tertiary education sector.
