June 7, 2017: Le Cordon Bleu was delighted to be the gold sponsor of the French Reception on the final day of NAFSA 2017—the world's largest international education conference dedicated to bringing together leaders and changemakers in the education field across borders.
The reception was hosted at the French Consul General Mr. Christophe Lemoine's official residence in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles on June 1, where Le Cordon Bleu Project Manager and Paris alumna, Kathy Shaw delivered the keynote address to the guests of the event. Her speech, in both English and French, highlighted the invaluable experience of studying in France and how Le Cordon Bleu attracts students of all nationalities to Paris since its beginnings over 120 years ago.
The guests were delighted to savor a variety of hors d'oeuvres preparead and curated by Le Cordon Bleu Paris alumni Chef Eric Greenspan, including brochettes de steak frites, mini croque monsieur, crostini ratatouille.
