This course is ideal for anyone passionate about pastry, including aspiring pâtissiers considering our diploma program. Led by a Le Cordon Bleu French chef, this workshop provides a unique opportunity to learn a wide range of advanced pastry techniques.

**The above image serves as a reference to aid in understanding the practice item. **Please arrive 15 minutes before class to ensure smooth preparation for the practical session. ** The class consists of a total duration of 3hours, with 2.5 hours of atelier instruction, and a concluding 30 minute summary session. ** If the minimum enrollment of 5 participants is not met, the class may be canceled. **The class will be conducted with consecutive interpretation from French to Korean. **Refunds are available only for cancellations made by the day before the class. Cancellations on the day of the class and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. |
