This comprehensive, two-week course will teach you everything there is to know about creating and selling edible masterpieces that are (almost) too good to eat!
What will you learn?
Across 10 lessons, you will create different types of icing, learn about technique when it comes to piping designs, work with fondant and gum paste and assemble multi-tiered wedding cakes.
An experienced patisserie chef will guide you step-by-step, starting with basic cake batters and icings to more detailed decorations using chocolate and sugar.

- Zesty lemon cake
- Yoghurt and vanilla cupcakes
