This 3-hour class is a tasty discovery of French “Fromages” and their matching beverages. The class will start with a little history, an overview of the cheese making process and where flavors come from.  The tasting will comprise nine cheeses of three different milks and a selection of breads.  The matching beverages include cider, beer, wines and  spirit. Participants will engage in scoring and discussing pairing with the group.
