    Duration: a 3-month programme, A typical weekly class and working schedule are composed of the following sessions:

    Pre-Internship Preparation

    • Total: 32 hrs. Lectures, Mentoring and Industry Visit

    Before the internship, students complete a 32-hour preparation course covering CV writing, interview skills, workplace professionalism, and industry expectations. This includes classroom sessions and a field trip to ensure students are ready for their placements. Successful completion of this course is mandatory for industry placement.

  • Internship Placement
    • Duration: 3 months - Industry Placement

    Students gain hands-on experience in top-tier establishments, including fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and distinguished F&B businesses. Under the guidance of industry leaders, they apply classroom learning to real-world scenarios, adapting to the fast-paced demands of the culinary field.

    • Post-Internship Evaluation and Feedback

    After the internship, students receive detailed feedback from mentors and participate in reflective sessions to assess their growth. This process helps them plan their next career steps with confidence.

  • What qualification will I get?

    Upon successfully completing the Internship Program, students will receive:

    • A certificate for their enrolled Diplôme courses.
    • An internship certification, and letter recognizing their participation and achievements during the three-month placement.
