In this 6-hour workshop, you will learn how to make a melt-in-your-mouth Entremet Caramel Macchiato from our professional Pastry Chef.
The workshop allows you to prepare an aromatic and fluffy coffee sponge, crispy feuillantine and almond praline, intense and creamy coffee caramel, and light milk chocolate mousse which will bring a smooth texture and crispiness finished with shiny caramel glaze.
