Chef Manuel Bouillet, a talented and passionate pastry chef from Rennes, France, embarked on his culinary journey at a young age, captivated by the patisserie next to his school's playground. Determined to excel, he earned BEP and BTM qualifications by 19, setting the stage for an illustrious career.
At Fauchon in Paris, Manuel honed his skills under the guidance of industry luminaries, later showcasing his creativity and crafting signature pastries at "Un Dimanche a Paris." His personal visit to Chicago ignited a love for the city, where he delighted locals as Executive Pastry Chef at Patisserie Coralie.
Joining Barry Callebaut as a Technical Advisor, Manuel explored emerging trends like gluten-free options and captivating chocolate showpieces. Seeking fresh challenges, he became Executive Pastry Chef at L'Arôme in Shanghai, inspiring students with his passion for pastries.
In 2021, Manuel achieved his dream, founding "Twins' Creative Lab" with his twin brother in Taipei, focusing on global brand research and development.
