With almost 25 years of culinary expertise in fine dining, Le Cordon Bleu London Pâtisserie Alumnus Emil Minev is Executive Chef of Shangri-La Hotel, at The Shard, London, leading a brigade of 60.
Prior to his career with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Chef Minev was with Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai. He also brings with him a wealth of local experience having worked in some of the capital’s finest luxury hotels, including The Ritz Hotel, plus a number of Michelin-starred restaurants such as Pierre Koffmann' s La Tante Claire.
