Our Summer Wine & Food Pairing programme is designed for wine lovers and food enthusiasts who want to understand the interaction between food and wine, the challenges that affect food and wine matching, all in order to be confident when choosing a wine.
This course is held at Le Cordon Bleu London institute. Beginning on 22nd July 2024, and taking place over 5 consecutive days, classes run 11:30am - 5:30pm each day.

- Food and wine pairing basics
- Understanding a label, selecting wine
- Creating a wine collection, storing wine
- Serving and enjoying wine
