Questions & Answers

  • what documentation must a professional provide in order to be eligible for course equivalencies?
In order to access the validation plan, candidates must provide documentation that accredits their professional experience: curriculum vitae detailing their training and professional experience, letters of recommendation, etc. In addition to submitting this documentation, the candidate must pass the entrance exam.
  • What are the entrance exams?

Those who wish to opt for course equivalencies will have to complete this process with a technical interview with one of the Chefs of the candidate's discipline of interest. Details of this interview, as well as the date will be communicated at the pre-admission interview.

The result of the validation process will be communicated by the Admissions department to the candidate taking into account the reports of the two interviews conducted.

  • What happens after the test?
If you are eligible, you will be able to choose if you decide to enroll for certificates or for the complete Diploma, obtaining in this case a discount in the price. From that moment on you will have one year to enroll in the specialty of your choice, Cuisine or Spanish Cuisine or Pastry, in any of the terms that have places available: October, January, April or July.

If you do not pass the test and you are “failed”, you have a second chance. You can prepare yourself again for the next call that we publish and apply again.
