The occupation and responsibilities of each student might hamper their learning at the School. In order to facilitate their access to our training programmes, Le Cordon Bleu Madrid has created different schedules for Culinary Arts, Pastry and Spanish Cuisine courses.
It's the conventional schedule, 3 hours per class. Students who prefer this schedule will take their Certificate courses in a schedule from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 09:30 pm and Saturdays until 6:00 pm.
EXCLUSIVELY IN SPANISH
Specially designed for those who work and can only attend classes during the weekend. Add to your agenda the opportunity to become a great professional of haute cuisine.
The number of teaching hours and the syllabus are the same as the standard schedule, but these courses are a longer courses considering the reduced number of weekly sessions. Classes take place between Fridays from 18:00 to 21:30 or Saturdays from 8.00 to 21:30
The programmes available in weekend schedule:
*The weekend modality is only available in the October session for the Basic Certificates of Pastry and Spanish Cuisine. The institute reserves the right to open other courses in this modality, exceptionally, for other calls.
Only for summer courses (July, August and September) and Basic and Intermediate certificates. Students wishing to continue with Intermediate and Advanced Certificate courses may do it within a standard schedule course programme. The student will take the same number of teaching hours and the same syllabus as in the standard schedule but with a higher number of classes per week (from Monday to Friday). 3 hours per class. This modality might be interesting for students who want to study during the holiday period.
