Pastry Programmes

Inspired by the pursuit of perfection and mastery of technique, the Pastry Programmes of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid combines the classical traditional pastry, with the signature creations of modern baking. The student will work through the pastry bases and, in just nine months, they will be able to sculpt their designs in chocolate and sugar.
