Le Cordon Bleu London is proud to announce the winner of its prestigious 2024 Scholarship Competition, following the final held on Monday 16th September 2024.
Le Cordon Bleu London are proud to announce a new Master of Science in Culinary Innovation Management (MSc) degree in partnership with Birkbeck, University of London. The unique Master’s degree has been developed by Le Cordon Bleu and Birkbeck as an in-depth course in culinary innovation management. The course will prepare students to meet the needs of a demanding and competitive industry. Suitable for both experienced professionals and recent graduates, the unparalleled industry knowledge from Le Cordon Bleu and business and management expertise provided by Birkbeck, are an ideal combination to equip students to take on the next step in their career.
The degree focuses on innovation, sustainability, customer experience and entrepreneurship as key success factors in the global culinary industry. Offering insight into the issues and trends influencing the industry, this programme encourages students to think strategically and broaden their knowledge. Immersive techniques, including the use of restaurant simulation software, give real time experience of the challenges presented when running a restaurant business. Students who complete the programme will be ready to shape the future of the industry with a creative, sustainable and entrepreneurial approach.
