As we know, Thai cuisine is one of the world's famous and recognition cuisines because of its distinctive traditional. Thus, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit's experienced Thai Cuisine Instructor Chef is pleased to introduce you to our live cooking demonstration. This session will allow you to understand how to make 'Hor-Mok-Pu: Steamed Curried Crab Pudding', a classic Thai traditional dish presented in a modern style.
Thai cuisine also features with many signature dishes including Tom Yum Kung, Som Tum or Massaman. You can explore more Thai recipes and culinary techniques from our Master Chef in the Professional Thai Cuisine Programme. With its comprehensive curriculum, you will also learn Food Styling & Food Photography and Introduction subjects to Restaurant Management skills, the key expertise for your culinary journey.
