You are invited to the Le Cordon Bleu Wellington campus for our informational masterclass exploring local organic wines and their benefits with Caitlin Perlman Associate Sommelier, while Le Cordon Bleu Master Cuisine Chef Francis Motta takes you through a selection of local seasonal natural food resources, how to identify, find and prepare them.
