During a two-hour workshop, participants create a recipe from a range of tarts and cakes, meringues and choux pastries and then move on to tasting.
The recipes are adapted to the seasons; in summer: a range of pastries with summer flavours, including Provence apricot and almond tart; Macarons, light Madagascan vanilla cream; Cream choux pastries, liquid caramel centre. In winter: guests can choose from a Menton lemon tart with light meringue; Madagascan fondant-dark chocolate macarons; Paris-Brest inspired caramel and almond choux pastries.
