This workshop allows you to uncover the secrets of the art of tasting. It includes the visual observation of the colour and brilliance of wine, the olfactory examination of primary, secondary, and tertiary aromas, as well as the gustatory analysis of flavours and mouthfeel balance.
On the tasting programme, two dry white wines, two red wines, and one sweet white wine:
