In a little more than a year, students can obtain Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu, recognized worldwide by professionals of gastronomy; is the international passport for a rewarding career. Can I study Le Cordon Bleu courses in other institutions?
Only courses offered by the school itself or another partner are recognized as certificates and diplomas of Le Cordon Bleu.

Yes, students need to master the Portuguese language.
In which cities are the Le Cordon Bleu campuses located in Brazil?

What courses are offered in Brazil?
Students who choose to study in Brazil can take the Certificates of Cuisine and Pâtisserie (Basic, Intermediate and Superior) or the Diplôme de Cuisine and Pâtisserie in all units. They can also win the Le Grand Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu, the institution's highest level of education. The students can also take the Cordontec Program

What is the procedure for enrolling in a Le Cordon Bleu course?
Go to the page of the campus where you want to study and choose one of the courses. You will find the option to register online and to print and fill the application form to send to the email address of the sector responsible for student enrollments.

What is the minimum age to study at Le Cordon Bleu?
The candidate must be 18 years or older. Above this there is no age limit. Children wishing to apply for the short courses Les Petites Cordons Bleus must be between 8 and 13 years old.
How much schooling do you need to take Le Cordon Bleu?
The minimum academi requirement to apply for a Certificate or Diploma Le Cordon Bleu Brazil is the Diploma of High School. No prior cooking experience is required.

What documents do I need to register?
Before applying to Le Cordon Bleu Brazil, you will need to prepare the list of documents below:
- A photocopy of identity government document for Brazilian students or a valid passport.
- A photocopy of CPF (only for Brazilian citizens).
- A photocopy of valid visa for international students. Learn more about Brazilian Visa.
- One color photo size and passport format (5x7cm).
- Proof of residence.
- The admission form completed and signed. Download here the form of Rio de Janeiro campus.
- A non-refundable application fee: R$ 1.500,00 (Cuisine and Pâtisserie Certificates, Cuisine/Pâtisserie Diplomas and Grand Diplôme); R$ 150,00 (Cordontec Diploma).
- Official High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proof of previous training (if requested by Le Cordon Bleu) including details on courses previously held at Le Cordon Bleu, with copy of Diploma or Certificate obtained.
- A letter of motivation explaining the applicant's culinary goals, career aspirations and reasons for choosing Le Cordon Bleu and the particular course (300-500 words).
- Updated resume.
Students from other countries must obtain a visa to study in Brazil?
To study in Brazil, it is necessary to present the Temporary Visa IV. The document is valid for one year, and can be extended to the completion of the course and does not allow the student to maintain employment in Brazil. Learn more about how to arrange your visa
