Our Chocolate Workshop is divided into 3 modules, where in this first step you will learn all about chocolate and chocolate truffles, under the guidance of one of our Pâtissiers Chefs.
The participant will discover the origins of chocolate: how it is grown, the harvest ritual and the process that turns this humble fruit into chocolate candies that we all love.
Topics that cover theoretically and practically fruit production and how it works will be taught. Tempering techniques, molding and production of classic chocolate bonbons.
