In this new way of cooking and presenting dishes, French cuisine will merge into Brazilian cuisine. Recipes for a complete menu (Entree, Main Course and Dessert) will be presented, characterized by the lightness, delicacy of the dishes and the emphasis on presentation with this mixture in the two kitchens.
