Immerse yourself to the world of Vanilla Grand Cru dessert. You will experienced of each component, from the delicate Croustillant Vanilla to the luxurious Intense Vanilla Charcoal Cremeux, the workshop fosters a deeper understanding of pastry techniques and flavor harmonization. Additionally, you will learn essential finishing techniques, enhancing their skills in dessert presentation.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
