Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this class offers both chef demonstrations and hands-on practice, allowing you to refine your skills for a truly enriching experience.
You'll be guided through every step—from making the perfect pasta sheets to crafting flavorful sauces and layering your lasagna to perfection. This combination of expert instruction and hands-on learning ensures you gain the confidence to recreate these delicious dishes at home!
On the agenda:
Demonstration and Tasting: 08.00-11.00 hrs.
- Bolognese Lasagna – Master the art of slow-cooking a rich, meaty Bolognese sauce from scratch, paired with a creamy béchamel and layered with tender pasta.
- Seafood Lasagna – Discover the delicate flavors of seafood, complemented by a luscious béchamel sauce and an assortment of fresh fish and shellfish.
- Vegetarian Lasagna – Create a delicious plant-based version featuring sautéed vegetables, spinach, and ricotta—perfect for a lighter, wholesome option.
Hands-on Experience: 12.00 - 15.00 hrs.
- Students will prepare and assemble their own Bolognese Lasagna, gaining hands-on experience in fresh pasta making.
- This session includes personalized guidance from our chef, allowing participants to refine their skills and ask questions.
- At the end of the session, everyone will enjoy a tasting of all three lasagna variations, along with expert tips for perfecting their own creations at home.
