Le Cordon Bleu Masterclass "Poulet Reine Elizabeth"

Participants will receive a certificate of participation from Le Cordon Bleu and one-on-one guidance from Chef Fabrice Monperrus. “Poulet Reine Elizabeth”—the iconic dish known as Coronation Chicken, originally crafted by Le Cordon Bleu London for Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953.

A Culinary Experience Not to Be Missed 

The Coronation Chicken Workshop is designed for both amateur and seasoned cooks looking to refine their skills.

The course will cover essential techniques, including:
• Brining & roasting a chicken
• Making flavoured butter
• Curing egg yolks
• Preparing a rice cake & asparagus
• Puffing wild rice for texture
