Exclusive Confectionery School Cookbook Launch and Demonstration
To celebrate the English language release of Le Cordon Bleu Confectionery School, the latest cookbook from Le Cordon Bleu, we are pleased to be hosting an Easter-themed launch event.
Join us on 9th April at Le Cordon Bleu London institute, where Head Pâtisserie Chef, Julie Walsh, will demonstrate a stunning luxury Easter egg recipe from the book.
During this event, you will see Chef Julie demonstrating some of the techniques that can be found in the book, with the chosen recipe will providing inspiration for your own Easter activities. There will also be an opportunity to sample some sweet treats, take advantage of Chef Julie’s expertise by asking any questions you might have and to purchase your own copy of Le Cordon Bleu Confectionery School.
